3.Peanut Butter Grinding Machine
To refine the peanut butter, the process goes through two passes: a first fine grinding and a second homogenization.The discharge temperature is about 85 ℃, and the fineness is about 100 mesh.
4.Peanut Butter Homogenizer
The temperature of the sauce should be raised to 75°C before homogenization, and the homogenization pressure should be 40MPa.
5.Peanut Butter Degassing Machine
Remove the gas adhering to the scattered particles in the feed liquid, inhibit the floating of the particles, and maintain a good appearance.
6.Peanut Butter Filling Machine
The machine is suitable for butter(such as peanut butter, almond butter, or hazelnut spread)and liquid(such as oil, water).We also have various bag type packing machine.
