A : We provide 1 year guarantee . VIP buyer for 2  years, And for any failed part under warranty, if it can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the valve of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost if any.

Q3. Do you provide after service spare parts?

A: Yes, we provide all the spare parts FOR our vehicles, even we stop the production of the vehicle. For your easier working to select the spare parts, we also supply parts manual.

A: Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also send our engineer to your place.

A: Yes, WELCOME small or middle customer to do OEM for their vehicels.

Q6: What is your payment term?

A: For new customers, our typical payment term is T/T 30% deposit against order confirmation, T/T 70% before container loading’. Irrecoverable L/C at sight is also acceptable. For old customers, our payment term can be more flexiable. Please contact us for more information.

Q7 : How to place order and arrange payment ?
A : You can contact our sales to draft PI or trade assurance order for you or you can press " start to order " button on alibaba . We will confirm the order once receive your info, you can arrange deposit payment once order is confirmed by both party. Telex transfer is a preferred way for payment.

Q8: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
