Do you offer samples?
Yes. We will provide the samples that you have chosen and ship it to you.But sample fee and shipping fee will need to be paid.Sample fee will be deducted from the orders you made afterwards.

Yes,certainly. Every style of our products' price is negotiable. If your order contains different styles, we can make arrange to discount accordingly to the total pieces of your order. How long till the samples to arrive?
Once the method of shipment is negotiated with you. We will process the shipping within 2-3 day.For few styles that we might not have samples in our storage,we will need an additional 2 business days till we are ready to ship.For any special requirement on the sample we will communicate with you first to fulfill your demand. Usually take 6-9 business day to delivery.

Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products?
Yes.absolutely.The OEM/ODM are available.Multi-color.various materials as well. If you have the picture of logo or specific design blueprint, we can produce exactly as you want.

What about the warranty?
We are very confident in our products, and we will produce every single piece under the supervision. We will check every single piece and pack them before shipping.We suggest you check the package once you receive them for damage during shipping.If some of the pieces were damaged due to shipping which is not likely, please let us know so we can deal with it ASAP.
