Standard Gas Bakery Oven
1. Easy operation: with microcomputer control panel, the upper heater and low heater can be controlled separately to create the best baking environment.
2. With an advanced microcomputer control system which can control the pulse ingition and flame testing, higher efficiency of fire opening. If there is a firing failure, flamed-out or gas using up, the mechanism will turn off the gas value automatically in 0.45s with the flashing light and voice warning at the same time, safe and reliable.
3. With efficient baking flame tube, fast heating, long-term service life, uniform fire heating and low gas consuption.
Compare with traditional electric oven , it is very economic and practical because it can save energy and money.
