1.Are you a factory manufacturer or trade company?

We are a factory,manufacturer for 25 years.

2. What is your MOQ ?

For existing items in stock (in our brand “Sweet Craft”), our MOQ is 500 sets each item. For custom designs, our MOQ is 5000 sets.

3. Can I get sample ?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But sample is chargeable for custom designs which can be refunded when order is up to certain quantity. Please contact customer service for details.

4.How long is the sample Lead-time?

For existing samples, it takes 4-9 days. For new design and mock-up samples, it take 15 days or more depending on different production procedure.

5. How much is the freight charge for samples and how long will be the delivery time?

By DHL express, it is about $100 for the first 0.5kg. You can specify your own carrier to pick up the samples and pay directly to the carrier. It takes about 3 – 9 days to reach customers.

6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own profe ssional engin eering team at our factory to assist you on new designs,files. Best in AI,PDF, CDR format.
