1. Where to get the detail product information?

2. Can I have my logo printed on the product and package?
It’s acceptable. Please provide your logo design with PDF and CAD format.
We will layout the product silkscreen and outer package for your confirmation.
3.What is your payment terms?
30% deposit, balance 70% to be paid after inspection passed but before shipment.
4.Can I have a sample order?
Yes of course. Sample request for quality test always welcome.
You can pay for your order via PayPal, Western Union, T/T and Ali Trade..
We will send a invoice including all cost to you for confirming the order.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.
5.How long can I receive my sample when I paid for it?
Items will be sent within 3 working days after received your payment.
We can ship sample to all of the world via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMSand China Post Air Mail.
The shipping delivery time:
China Post Air Mail and ePacket : 10-30days.
DHL, UPS, TNT and FedEx : 5-7days.
Please be noted that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.
6.Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes, OEM orders are always welcome. Just show us the idea and our professional R&D team will work out a mock-up sample for your
confirmation. After your confirmation, we will start product development and arrange samples for certificates & quality
verification. You will receive all certificates before mass production.
7.What's your MOQ for OEM order?
MOQ for OEM orders is 2000pcs. We will try our best to find the products you need, we will provide you with the most satisfactory

8.What about the warranty of your products?
We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts replacement cost if need return.
