Working principle:

Our Bulk bag unloader (also known as jumbo bag, big bag, FIBC discharger) is equipped with integral "I" beam and hoist for lifting and unloading bags into the unloader and is directly connected to an enclosed conveyor for direct transfer of material to process machinery.

The bulk bag is lifted by the electric hoist onto the unloader drum where bag clamping device is equipped to prevent dust. When the bag is full of material, dual-pivot paddles push against the bottom of the bag to break material bridged over the outlet as well as agitate the sides of the bag near the spout, stimulating material movement. As the bag empties, air cylinders push the paddles further toward the center of the bag for complete discharge.

2. I-beam electric hoist : Cantilevered I-beam with electric hoist and trolley allows positioning of bulk bag without the use of a forklift.

4. Bag strap holder : Specially designed for fast, easy and secure insertion and removal of bag straps. Agitator paddles mitigate bridging and rat holes.

5. Pneumatic agitator paddles : Ideal for use with material that is easily compacted or difficult-to-dispense.

6. Hoppers: Hoppers in a wide variety of designs connect to processing equipment, pneumatic or screw conveyor.
