Product Description

High flow filter cartridge is constructed of deep fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as filter media, with a large diameter of 6 inches, no center tube and one-way opening. It is specially designed to flow the liquid from inside to outside to ensure that all contaminant particles are trapped inside the cartridge. The extra high flow design allows for a significant reduction in the number of cartridges and filters used in the same flow rate applications, greatly saving equipment input costs and labor costs.

Advantages

Large effective filter area, low pressure drop and high flow. Made of deep fine membrane material, its scientifically designed multi-layer gradient pore sizes enables the filter cartridge featuring high dirt holding capacity and reduced user costs. Filter rating ranges from 0.5 μm to 100 μm to meet different filtration requirements. 20", 40" and 60" are available in length.

Features

● The combination of surface filtration and deep filtration enables the flux of single cartridge to reach 70 m/h and above; ● The flow direction of inside to outside ensures all impurities are retained inside the cartridge, reducing secondary pollution; ● The pleated design offers a enlarged filter area, which makes its pressure drop significantly lower than that of common cartridges; ● Large diameter design enhances its dirt holding capacity and extends its lifespan, as a result, the number of filter cartridges needs to be replaced is significantly reduced, saving labor costs; ● Handle design greatly reduces the time for cartridge replacement and makes the cartridge replacement easy and portable; ● Integrated PP design and hot melt welding treatment effectively prevents end caps from falling off; ● Sealed interface design reduces the risk of bypass flow and ensures the sealing and reliability of filtration.
