Jwell PVC Single Screw WPC(foaming) Extrusion Line
The production line is mainly used for the production of the Great Wall panels,partition walls,pinch plate,acoustic panels,stair railing,shutters,decorative,foot line and any other eco-wood plastic productions.The extruder with the unique screw design prevents raw material from high shear or over plasticizing.As a result,products gain significant texture of wood surface,and product with characteristics:no deformation,non-fading,fire prevention,anti-corrosion,anti-moth,anti-aging and anti-UV.

5. It can be used as an outdoor sheet for long time because of its well anti-ultraviolet function and good capability even in the temperature of minus 30 degree.
6. Although using thermoplastic composite material, it wouldn't be soften even in an temperature of 120degree.
