Pelton turbine is widely used in hydropower plants with high water head ranging from100m onwards to 1700m commonly 150 to 800m. As the water head and speed comparatively stable, the Pelton turbine has the advantage of working with high efficiency of about 90.5% in widely range and generator efficiency about 93% to 96%.

Water Turbine:

The material we use for the water turbine runner blades is stainless steel 0Cr13Ni4Mo which could is wearable and provent corrosion. Thus the stainless steel runner would has longer life compared with cast iron wheels.

Runner is the heart of wate turbine which is also our advantage. Because our company locates in Deyang, Sichuan, China. DEC, the Dongfang Electric Cooperation, also the  largest water turbine generator manufcturer in the world is located in Deyang. We cooperate with DEC for many hydropower projects. Water Turbine Generator:

The generator of the turbine generator sets is AC three phase alternator with F/F insulation.

The stator core is silicon steel sheet 50ww310, w hile rotor shaft main shaft 45# forged steel.

The excitation could adpot thyristor excitation or brushless excitation.

The cooling system ensures the water turbine generator working in a good condition.
