Customized Packing Line Automated Powered Roller Pallet Conveyor
Roller conveyor is composed of frame, roller, legs etc; it is extremely suitable for heavy-load transportation. It is applicable to all kinds of boxes, bags, trays and other cargo transport, bulk materials, small items or irregular items should be placed on pallets or turnover box. It can convey for heavy material, or bear greater impact load; it can also make all kinds of product assembly line, storehouse logistics line. The ways of driving: single round, double chain wheel, friction type O belt, flat belt etc.
Features of roller conveyor :
It is easy to join filtering between the roller conveyor, use several roller conveyor or other lines complex logistics transport system and complete the wide range of technology requirement. It can be applied to put roller to realize the accumulation of material transport. Roller conveyor has simple structure, high reliability, convenient maintenance.

According to the drive mode, there are the power roller and no power roller. According to the layout form, there are : horizontal roller conveyor, incline roller conveyor and turning roller conveyor. Also it can be designed as per client requirement. Roller line width is specified by the client, it can be designed as per client’s requirement. Turning roller standard turning radius are: 300, 600, 900, 1200mm etc, other special specifications can also be possible to design. Straight section roller diameters are 38, 50, 60, 76, 89mm and so on. Turning roller taper will be designed according to the weight of the material transporting, dimension, and line speed.
