Features and Advantages
1.The machine bed, saddle, column, grinding head body, table and other basic parts are all made of high strength cast iron,
guaranteeing stability and durability.
2.The grinding head spindle runs in precision angular contact rolling bearing, adopts high rigidity sleeve structure, and has high
rotary precision.
4. The guide rail is attached with teflon soft belt, ensuring good guidance and smooth movement.
5. All three axes adopt high precision ball screw, controlled by AC servo motor and CNC system, capable of grinding of plane surface, formed surface, irregular groove and ladder, convex and concave surface, arc surface and other special shaped surfaces.
