A: We are both manufacturer and trading company, we have a self-owned factory for metal products and a trading company for other building materials such as granites, marbles, glasses, etc.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it's 20-30 days after receiving 30% deposit, depending on the quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=USD5000, 100% T/T in advance. Payment>USD5000, 30% T/T in advance and balance before shippment; or 100% Irrevocable L/C at Sight.
