Product Description

UV Primer is as one kind of pretreatment for UV flatbed printing, specially for adding the adhesion of UV Ink and printed media, when UV printing on smooth surface media, like glass, acrylic, metal, ceramics, directly printing hard to get good adhesion, then need to spray the UV Primer on the printed media before the printing, then it will get excellent adhesion between the ink and printed media .

Glass UV Primer is suitable for Tempered Glass, Frosted Glass, Sandblasting, and other kinds of glass, with advantage of strong adhesion, strong firmness, can not be deducted, suitable for the installation of LED or Mercury lamp flatbed printer, spraying without baking, spraying after 15 minutes can be printed. The primer has also been cured into film during printing, which improves production efficiency and cost savings for customers.

1. Hong long is the shelf life of your uv ink?
For normal temperature storage, color ink (C/M/Y/K/LC/LM/GO) shelf life 12 months; White ink shelf life 6 months.

2. What difference of Hard UV Ink and Soft UV Ink?
Generally Hard UV Ink is mainly printing on hard type material, like wood, glass, acrylic, metal, etc.; Soft UV Ink is mainly printing on soft type material, like leather, soft film, vinyl, PVC, TPU case, etc.

3. Which type of printer does your ink work on?
The ink is sorted by the suitable printer head, for Epson DX5/DX7/XP600/TX800, Konica 512/512i/1024/1024i/6PL/14PL, Ricoh GEN4/GEN5/GEN6, Ricoh GH2220, Toshiba CE4, Seiko 12PL/35PL, Xaar, Spectra, Starfire, etc.
