2, What is the minimum quantity of your products?
Normally we requires 3,000PCS. That is due to the MOQ of raw material and packing.
If any stock or using our design, the MOQ will be lower.
3, Can you do customized designs and package?
Yes, we provide OEM service. Also can do design for customers.
4, Do you offer free samples? And how long?
Yes, we offer free samples within resonable quantity. While, we require customers pay for sample shipping charge.
And for sample in stock,it will be ready in 3 working days. For customed sample will take about 5-7 working days.
5, What's the order process?
a. Inquiry---provide us all clear requirements (total quantity and package details).
b. Quotation---official quotation form with all clear specifications from our professional team.
c. Making Sample --- confirm all quotation details and the final sample.
d. Payment terms---T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery. Or other payment way by negotiation.
e. Production---mass production.
f. Shipping--- by sea or by air or mulitify choose.
