In November of 2023, o
ur LK135D diesel dumper
was upgraded to 7 speed gears: 1, 2, 3, the three gears has high and low two speed, and add a "R" is total 7 speed gears, but the original 4-speed rear axle don't have this high-low gear.
T
he upper end of the spring steel plate is specially designed with square steel to avoid overloading the vehicle and crushing the spring steel plate.
The widest part of the rear wheel is 1020mm, and the maximum load is 1.5 tons so it is very suitable for narrower mines.
The front shock absorption

Latest free upgrade
1. The gantry
The front gantry of LK135D diesel dumper now we upgrade to laser cutting integrated molding and add one upright to two uprights, before is only one upright. This can greatly strengthen the strength of the front gantry.
2.
Add a diesel engine oil pan protection cover
We add one piece of diesel engine oil pan protection cover weld with the frame together, which is a great protection for waterproof and anti flying stone collision causing engine failure and very reasonable for diesel engine.
3. Front safe guard and rear s
elf unloading hook
Now LK135D diesel dumper upgrade to front iron safe guard and rear cast iron self unloading hook.
The
front iron safe guard is waterproof and prevents flying stones, and the previous plastic is easily cracked by flying stones.
The cast iron
self unloading hook
is the same as the one used for SHILI 5-ton vehicles, with its characteristics of hardness, no deformation, and no metal fatigue characteristics.
We used to use steel plate cutting before, while other manufacturers used steel plate cutting before bending. Due to the vibration of diesel cars and the deformation of the steel plate after long-term use, this steel plate gradually straightens and creates gaps.
The use of cast iron self unloading hooks completely eliminates this problem.
4. The start battery position
Our LK135D diesel dumper has been continuously improved and now the position of the starting battery has been replaced with a blue on-board toolbox. The starting battery is built into the frame, which is waterproof and safe to prevent flying stones from damaging the battery.
