Heat Exchanger For Chemical Unit
Product features: The internal heat exchanger is made of pure titanium/316L/304, has a good corrosion resistance effect and high heat exchanging efficiency. It is non-magnetic, non-toxic and can resist heating well. The outer barrel adopts injection molding with high strength plastics, press solvents into shape. It has a good chemical stability and would not be influenced by environmental factors and medium composition of the pipeline. Also it has a good corrosion resistance,low efficiency of thermal conductivity,insulation, energy-saving effect through a professional welding.
Working pressure: Normal pressure is 0.2Mpa: The equipment has a light weight, compact structure and high power with small size.
Presently, the generally accepted PP/PVC plastics have working temperature limit.
Our factory can choose other materials according to the customers' requirements.
