Main girder:
The main girder is a box girder or H-shaped steel beam with deflection rall, which is of light weight and reasonable structure.
The steel structure material is q345-b, and the roughness of steel plate after shot blasting is Sa2.5.
the automatic submerged arc welding machine is used for forming and welding, and ultrasonic nondestructive testing is used.
End beam:
The end beam is a rectangular tube, made of q345-b, which is processed and molded in one time on the CNC milling and boring machine to ensure the dimensional accuracy and matching tolerance requirements.
