Piezoresistive vacuum gauge ZDY-1D

ZDY-1D piezoresistive vacuum gauge can be connected to two piezoresistive gauges, control up to four relay contact outputs, and also has analog output, serial communication and other functions. Suitable for measurement and control of medium and low vacuum.
The piezoresistive gauge uses a piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor, and the measurement principle can be summarized as: pressure → deformation → impedance change → voltage change. The sensitive element of the sensor is separated by a stainless steel diaphragm and has no direct contact with the gas in the vacuum environment, so the measurement performance has nothing to do with the gas composition. Compared with resistance gauges and thermocouple gauges, there is no need to consider the damage to the gauge caused by water vapor, oxygen, and slightly corrosive gases, and it is suitable for use in vacuum environments with complex gas compositions.
Application
Vacuum measurement is the measurement of vacuum degree, which refers to the thinness of gas below atmospheric pressure. Using pressure to express vacuum degree is not very reasonable because it has been used historically. High pressure means low vacuum; conversely, low pressure corresponds to high vacuum.
