1. Chip precision unit
Raw material is reduced into qualified chips by the drum chipper, and then the chips are transported to the chip bin, and then feed to the knife machine, flake by which the chips are turned to flakes, and then the flake stored in wet flake bin.
2. Drying and screening unit
The flakes are discharged from the wet flake bins which are conveyed to the rotary dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send to mill to be re-crushing, and transported to surface dry wood shavings bin to be stored.
3. Glue blending unit
After scaled, the core and surface flakes are to be effectively and uniformly mixed with qualified glue to achieve the uniform mixing and the sufficient sizing effect.
4. Paving and thermoforming unit
The after sizing shavings are transported to the mechanical grading paving machines
by the belt conveyor. and they are paved to the uniform flat slab. After a series of processes such as pre-press, lengthwise saw, cross saw, accelerate conveyor, storing conveyor and loading conveyor, the rough boards are sent to the installed hoisting cages, then the rough boards are pressed by the hot press machine.
5. Post processing unit
The thermoforming boards are conveyed to the panel turnover machine to become cool, and then the boards are transported to the vertical and horizontal edge cutting machine by the cooling conveyor.
6. Sanding unit
The boards are sanded, checked and stored. PLC control is used in mat-forming section. We can provide 5000-100000 m³ production lines as well as a single machine supplement such as chipper, refiner, dryer, forming machine, pre-press, hot press etc.
