We can usually complete a whole solution of water park within 20-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the design drawing. Due to the different products scales and degrees of customization, the final delivery date should be confirmed according to the actual situation.
3.Can i get your catalogue ?
We are very willing to provide the product catalogue for your reference, please ask our sales to get it.
4.Can you design the Playground Equipments according to my budget?
Of course, our company has a professional design team, we can develop a personalized plan to meet your needs which is according to your ground size, shape characteristics, material requirements and budget.
5.How long is the warranty?
Usually our warranty period is one year, actually our products are of very reliable quality and can be used for a long time.
6.How to solve product quality problems?
Please check carefully after receiving the goods. In the case of non-human operation and natural disaster, it is really the
quality problem of the products themselves. Please provide the corresponding photos and videos, and we will work out the solution after negotiation and communication.
7.What’s the MOQ of your products?

8.How should I assemble your products after receiving the goods?
After the goods produced, we will first assemble them by ourselves, we will record a whole set of assembling videos for you, and we will have an installation manual to explain the installation steps. If you still have doubts, you can contact our sales staff,they will help you complete the installation process. After the epidemic finished, we can arrange installation personnel to come to the door for installation, and the expenses of installation personnel shall be borne by you.
9.Which payment terms could you accept?
Normally, we suggest 30%-50% deposit when place order, the balance should be paid before loading. T/T, L/C, credit card, West Union, Paypal, MoneyGram, Escrow, cash and other payment methods are supported.
10. What is the route of transportation for your goods?
We usually export from Anqing Port, Ningbo port, Shanghai Port and Shenzhen Port. There is no problem with other domestic ports,but the transportation cost should be rechecked as the port varies.
