Product Usage
THPS is used as a flame retardant in textiles, especially cotton and as a cease and rot resistance agent in fabrics.
THPS acts as a biocide against SRB (sulfate reducing bacteria known as Desulfuvibrio Desulfuricans) which produces enzymes to accelerate reduction reaction of sulfates to corrosive hydrogen sulfide which causes corrosion of iron material in water system.
THPS is Mainly used in water treatment systems, oil field operations, and paper-making industry.
