Q1. How Do I clean your car wrap vinyl?
Our Vinyl can be cleaned with commercially available synthetic detergents and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive materials and be sure to rinse off all detergent.
Q2. Is car wrap vinyl removable?
Yes, the product can be removed with heat and cleaners and will not damage the surface, in fact it will protect the surface it covers.
Q3. How do I prepare the surface for car wrapping?
Clean the surface normally with soapy water. Then you need to de-grease the surface, so wipe it down with thinners or alcohol wipes and the surface should be ready for wrapping.
Q 4. What Tools Do I need for wrapping?
The main tool you will need is a squeegee and a blade, which you can buy from us. You will need a heat gun for large projects, or if you’re doing a small part then a hairdryer will do. We also recommend using a primer like 3M 94 on your project’s edges and recesses to create an extra bond and prevent the vinyl from lifting when stretched.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q7. How about your delivery time?
A: For small air order, 1-3 days are ok.
Sea order, it will take 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample color chart free, but the customers have to pay the shipping cost.
