Q3. Can you do the OEM?
A: OEM service is always available. Our professional engineers not only give advice
to customers, but also make the design for the customers according to their ideas. |

Q4. Can I get the samples for free? What is the lead time for the samples?
A: We can offer free samples for the new idea of regular customers. For new customers,
Sample is charged, but we can return the charge once you place an order. To a certain degree, basically Our samples are free. |

Q5. What are your payment methods?
A: T/T payment is our normal payment method. For big orders, L/C payment is accepted.

Q6. What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ to our normal products. But for the new design products which need to make
the new mould, the MOQ would be up to 300-500pcs around. |

Q7. What is the delivery time?
A: Usually, a 20GP needs 30days, a 40GP needs 35days.

We few to attend fair, but usually you can see our products on the fair ,because our customer get our products to show on fair ,Each year many customer get our products to show in oversea famous fair .
