What is NMN ...
In 2011, it was reported for the first time in the world that NMN is a substance that approaches seven types of sirtuins.
It is a kind of vitamin B3 group and is called nicotinamide mononucleotide. It is a substance that is originally produced in our body, but as we age, our body's ability to produce it decreases, and the decrease in NMN is said to cause aging.
