Working principle:
1. Before starting the test machine, it is necessary to strictly check whether the installation of various parts of the machine meets the requirements, whether the screws and bolts are loose, add lubricating oil to the reducer, and check the direction of rotation. It is strictly prohibited to crush flammable and explosive materials to avoid accidents.
2. During the production of the shredder, uniform cutting should be maintained to ensure crushing quality and normal production. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to overload the motor to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
Notes:
Regardless of the reason, the host must start without load.
Preparation before startup:
1. The reducer must be filled with N220 intermediate pressure Gear oil before operation. When filling, open the square filler cap at the top of the reducer, and fill it until the largest gear in the case can reach the oil. Check regularly whether the oil is insufficient. It is recommended to replace it every 3-5 months, depending on the actual workload.
2. The chassis bearings should be well lubricated to maintain the normal operation of the machine. Under normal circumstances, it is normal for the bearing temperature to not exceed 70 degrees. Adding butter three times a week to the main bearing and high-speed butter has a better effect, and the specific number of refueling times is based on the actual workload.
Note: The production capacity is related to the physical properties, feeding method, feed particle size and composition of the crushed material.
Production process control:
1. After the shredder is started, check the pointer of the Ammeter. If there is no abnormality after the pointer of the Ammeter returns from the extreme value to the minimum value, start feeding. Each starting mode must ensure that the shredder host operates normally and the current is stable before feeding;
2. Gradually increase the feeding amount based on the main motor current until the main motor current reaches and stabilizes at 85% -95% of the rated value;
3. Pay attention to the changes in current at any time during the crushing process, adjust the feeding amount in a timely manner, and ensure the load;
4. During operation, the warehouse inspector should check the particle size of the crushed materials at any time, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection;
5. It is strictly prohibited for any person to climb up and tear the equipment body during machine startup or crushing process;
6. During normal production, it is not allowed to open the belt protective cover to prevent accidents from happening;
7. If abnormal noise or severe vibration are found during the work process, the feeding should be stopped, the power should be cut off, the shredder stop switch should be pressed, and the rotor should be checked after safe shutdown to eliminate the fault and turn on the start switch again;
8. Work after shutdown: After each shutdown, press the reverse button to reverse the residual materials at the bottom of the chassis.
9. After shutdown, inspect the shredder and promptly resolve any issues found;
