Perfect for a desk (like mine) with limited amount of room. I read some complaints about it not setting even but all you have do is give it a little tweak and it is just fine . If you have any weight like I do it will self level so I don't see an issue there at all . The trays hold 500 sheets of packaged printer paper and just clear each other when sliding out or at least my paper does and it is a 24lb weight . The baskets are well designed . I can flip through them. But each tray is assigned a purpose. It has helped me organize the stack of papers that had been living on my desk for months. I would suggest this if you are faced the same thing.
