Q:Which city is your company located in?Can we visit the factory?
A:You are most welcome to visit our factory,our factory is located in 10/2 Dalan River, Dachong Industrial Zone, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong, China (Mainland).If you are free to visit our factory,please let me arrange your schedule.
Q:How about the quality of your products?
A:We have a strict quality management system during production, which will ensure that our quality is high quality. Meanwhile, before packaging and delivery, we will also do the final check on the product. The quality as the picture's shown .
Q:How about your delivery time?
A:The delivery time is judged according to the order product. If it is an RTS product, then our delivery period will be about 15 days, except the bulk order. If it is a customized product, the delivery time needs to be negotiated. Considering the average daily production strength of our factory, the delivery time will be an advantage in negotiation.
Q:What shipping methods do you have?
A:Shipping, express and air transportation are all acceptable. Usually, we choose sea transportation, due to our geographical advantages and the weight of the product itself ,this mode of transportation also better reduce transportation costs.
Q:Do your company have any after-sales service?
A:Yes, we have online technical support services that can guide installation issues online and after-sales quality issues.
Q:What is the MOQ of your product?
A:The MOQ for customized products is 500 pieces, and the MOQ for RTS products is based on the number of products assembled in a large outer box. It can allow the same model and different colors to match the LCL, if you want to know more requirements ,Please contact us.
