Product Description
Introduction to 3A Molecular Sieve
Molecular sieve
Molecular sieve (also known as synthetic zeolite) is an aluminosilicate microporous network crystal, composed of SiO2 and Al2O3 tetrahedrons, with uniform pore size (about a few angstroms) and extremely large surface. There are metal cations (such as Na+, K+, Ca2+, etc.) in the molecular sieve lattice to balance the excess negative charges in the tetrahedrons. Different types of molecular sieves have different pore sizes or shapes and can be used to separate many different molecules. Water is a very polar molecule. Type A molecular sieve has a very high affinity for water and is often used as a desiccant with excellent results. The molecular sieve we are talking about here refers to the 3A (1A=10-10m) molecular sieve that can only be used to adsorb water molecules. Its drying capacity and depth are dozens of times higher than silica gel desiccant, alumina desiccant and any other type of clay desiccant.
Advantage
1. Low falling powder---the amount of falling powder per 10 grams is less than 12 units.
2. High adsorption---it can still maintain 15% adsorption capacity at the dew point of -40°C.
3. The high temperature rise---exceeds 33℃, ensuring the dew point life of the insulating glass of more than 20 years -8℃.
4. Low moisture content---Loss on ignition at 950℃, moisture content is less than 2%.
5. Uniform particle size---the particle size qualification rate is more than 98%.

Packing & Delivery
1.Packed in 25kg cartons, made of high-strength cardboard with high compressive strength and beautifully designed marks.
2.The packaging is lined with aluminum foil bags and multi-layer composite aluminum film paper, which has good sealing and is impermeable to light and water.
3.Packed in 150kg iron drums, the material is made of high-quality transparent steel plates, and each iron drum has undergone strict performance testing.
4.Packed in 140kg paper drums, made of high-strength kraft paper with good sealing performance, ensuring the quality of the product during long-distance transportation.
For container bag packaging, the container selected by our company has excellent packaging performance, moisture-proof, bag repair, fast and safe.
Dlivery:Exports generally use 20'GP or 40'GP containers. A 20' GP container can hold 600 cartons with a net weight of 15,000 kilograms; or 80 paper drums with a net weight of 11,200 kilograms; or 80 iron drums with a net weight of 12,000 kilograms. A 40' GP container can hold 1,000 kg cartons with a net weight of 25,000 kg; or 160 paper drums with a net weight of 22,400 kg; or 160 iron drums with a net weight of 24,000 kg.
