1,What is your best price for this watch?
The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.
2,What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?
For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 1000 PCS per model for alloy watch, 500pcs per model for stainless steel watch, 100pcs per model for full wooden watch.
If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.
3,What's the delivery time?
For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed.
For customized order, quantity within 3000PCs, production time is 25-45 days after confirm details. Above 3000 PCS, please contact us directly.
4, How about your products quality?
- All Gezfeel and Rower branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
- All
Rower
branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years.
- For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.
5,What about the warranty?
We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.
