Ingredients: Italian rice – high quality, rice flour, vegetable broth (rice flour, sunflower oil, garlic, onion, yeast extract, salt), onion, salt, Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), truffle flavouring, truffle.

Method of preparation: In a saucepan with 500 ml of water, add the pouch content, stir and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Stir from time to time and add more water for a creamier risotto. It’s then ready. Serve hot with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil as desired.
