2.Sample service
- Make customer satisfied attentively.
- Sample lead time: 6~8 days (our mannequin),7~15days ( customers design).
- Production time: 25-35 days (Depends on the Qty) upon receiving the deposit
- We accept sample order, test order, mix order and big order.

- All products will have been strictly quality checked in factory before packing

Q:How many Afellow mannequins in one carton ?
A:One pc in one carton.
Q:How many Afellow mannequin in 20GP container,40GP container or 40HQ container ?
A:170-185pcs in 20GP container, 350-360pcs in 40GP container, 380-390pcs in 40HQ container.
Q:How about delivery time ?
A:20days for 20GP container, 30 days for 40GP and 35 days for 40HQ container.
Q:May i know payment terms ?
A:We generally accept 30% T/T deposit before production, and 70% T/T before loading container. If you want other payment terms, please email us.
Q:If i need special color or base, can you do it ?
A:Yes, we could paint color and produce base according to your request.
Q:Do you offer custom mannequin work?
A:Yes, we have design and sculpt team. Most our mannequins are designed by ourselves. We love to create new styles. If you have any request, please email us freely.
Q:Can i visit you?
A:Sure, our factory is located in Jiangsu province, close to Shanghai. You are always welcome to our factory at any time. After you finalize the visit date, please email us and we will arrange the meeting with you.
Q:Do you check the quality of my order before shipment?
A:We inspect all loutoff mannequins before packing in case of damage or missing parts. Then, we pack them and load them to container.
Q:Can i have warranty of Afellow mannequins?
A:All Afellow mannequins are tested in good condition before shipment. If there is any problem when Afellow products arrive, please feel free to contact us immediately with defect photos. We will offer replacements to repair or compensate new ones in new coming orders.
