1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs, we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure. Weusually provide exsting sample for free. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3. How long is thesample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. Thay are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjet
to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

It takes 30 days for MOQ. Wehave large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do youneed if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, dr or PDF, etc. We will make 3Ddrawing for mold or
printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We matchcolors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match
the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
