Detailed description
1. Potato Cultivation Technology: The existing potato planter adopts a simpler chain bowl planting method. The heavy planting rateis higher than 25%, the leakage rate is higher than 15%, the damage rate of young buds is higher than 2%, the operating efficiency is low and it is not suitable for large area mechanized potato planting. The planting unit of the potato planter uses a "bowl spoon" type planting device with independent intellectual property rights and vibrating, shaking, chain tightening mechanism. Achieved fine seeding without the help of labor. Make the leakage index below 15% compared to the current one. Reduced to less than 10%, and the re-breeding index is below 25% from the current level. Reduced to less than 20%, young sprout damage rate of seed potato is less than 2%. Reduced to less than 1.5%, the Seed Potato Spacing Qualification Index increased to no less than 67% from the current level to no less than 85%.
2. Potato Precision Depth Control Technology: The depth of existing potato planter is controlled by three-point suspension of fixed ditcher and tractor. The depth of planting is greatly affected by the topography. The plant depth control of the potato planter adopts a single-body depth-limiting imitation mechanism, which solves the uneven seeding depth caused by regional, soil and other factors and improves the stability of the seeding depth.
3. Control Technology of Potato Rope Shape Control: The existing potato planters are mostly made of plough reel or disc reel. The angle is not easy to adjust and the rope shape is irregular. The potato planting machine breaks through the inherent mode and develops the disc-type roofer. The application range has been enlarged, so that the applicable line spacing is increased to 700-900mm compared with the current 600-700mm, and the plant spacing is increased to 170-440mm, which can meet different agronomical requirements.
