Q5. What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. We will refund you the sample fee when we have longer cooperation with established quality.

Q7. What about your payment terms ? A:Usually we accept TT,30% deposit in advance, the balance before shipment. Or western union and trade assurance on Alibaba.

A:The delivery time is depending on the quantity of order, but most of our goods are in-stock; please contact us for specifics; For international express, it’s usually around 7-1 5 days from China to your country; If shipping by boat, it’s around 20-35 days to the port of your country.
