1.How are the signs made?
All our signs are hand made by professionally trained craftsmen. We use premium quality LED Flex in a variety of colors that come on a range of backing options ranging from clear acrylic to Aluminum composite sheeting, Please note
that although we take the utmost care in creating your sign, as the signs are handmade, there may be small spots of glue around the neon flex. It won’t be notice when sign is lit.
2.Does it get hot?
No, LED Neon Flex is low voltage so it generates next to no heat and is safe to touch.
3.Is it noisy?
No, neon flex doesn’t buzz or hum like traditional gas neon tubes.
4.How long will you’re Sign last?
Our LED Neon Flex has an approximate lifespan 50,000 hours (Approximately 5 1/2 years 24/7 Indoor Only).
5.Can the sign break?
Neon flex is quite durable and almost unbreakable. During the production process, we ensure that all sections and bends
have bonded correctly with the backing to ensure there are no areas of pressure to break the neon’s bond.
6.Can I get a custom sign made?
We’re always happy to have a look over your designs and let you know. Feel free to send us an email with what you’re after
and we’ll send you a ball park figure. If you happy will start from free design.
7.What comes with the sign?
We’ll always supply a 12v power pack with every sign that plugs straight into convention plug points.
8.Can I hang it?
Let us know how you plan to hang in so we can pre drill the sign to suit your purpose. Please note, even thought our signs are reasonably light weight, we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by incorrectly hung signs.
9.DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?
We do not offer installation on our products.
10.Does it come with a warranty?
All of our indoor signs come with a 12months manufacturer warranty. Outdoor signs are excluded.
11.Can it be battery powered?
Yes if it’s 12 Volts. Our signs are made to be plugged into plug points. Included which each sign is a 2m clear cable is exiting the back of the sign that connects to a 1.5m black 12V power adapter, which in turn plugs into the wall. These adaptors are Australian standard certified by our supplier and end with a GPO plug.
12.Do you do outdoor signs?
No,not on permanent basis. We can offer them for the short term however
13.How do I Pay?
We offer bank deposit, credit card PayPal.
