OSN Power deep cycle lithium batteries are Plug and Play 48V alternative replacements for applications using Gel, AGM or Flooded Lead Acid battery. We use battery cells with technology based Lithium iron phosphate - LiFePO4 which guarantees high thermal and chemical stability and provides more safety features than other lithium-ion technologies. The integrated integrated battery management system(Software BMS)escorts the high quality and stability of the entire battery and realize status monitoring when customer needs. Our 48V battery are designed to replace the lead-acid battery, which are available for drop-in replacement in the Forklift Traction ect.

A grade UL certified lithium cell Inbuilt Military Standard BMS

We use grade A brand new cells, UL1642 or UL1973 certified and have been tested per IEC62133 standards. Meets International regulations for air & marine transport.

Built in multifunctional BMS with 100A constant discharge current, maximizes the performance of the battery by automatically balancing the cells and protecting them from being over charged or over discharged.

Assembly quality

We exploit the most advanced laser welding technology for cell assembly, more firm and better conductivity than screw stud connection. And use large gauge 4 AWG silicone wire for high current. The inside and the top of the battery case will be plugged with fireproof sponge and injected foam glue to fix in case of vibration.
