Operation Tips
|
1. First, clean the surface of the adhesive, dry, free of dirt, greasy, and dust, and then apply the product evenly on the surface
of the adhesive, and press the two surfaces tightly; this product is suitable for cold pressing.
(1) Small items such as paper can be gently pressed on both sides of the adhesive with clips, tapes or heavy objects.
(2) Appropriate and sufficient pressure should be applied to the thickening of the wood plate pressure plate, and the pressure time should be extended accordingly. The bonding
surface of the adherend (wood) should be flat, no bending, no dust, and the humidity of the wood should be controlled within 15%.
2. The viscosity (consistency) of the glue can be adjusted appropriately according to the user's requirements.
3. When using glue,please do not add water to the glue, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.
4. When using glue in an area with high humidity and low temperature, the dry operation time will be extended accordingly, please extend the pressurization time appropriately.
5. 24 hours after depressurization
6. Product: This product is a water-based emulsion, which is safe and environmentally friendly and slightly irritating to the skin and mucous membranes. Prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided, and rinse with water after application. In case of accidental ingestion, please seek medical attention in time. This product is not flammable.

Storage
