The QY model oil-filled submersible electric pump has its motor located at the bottom part of the pump unit, which is a three-phase oil-filled asynchronous motor. The pump, situated above the motor, has a centrifugal axial flow structure. The dynamic seal between the pump and motor adopts a double-end mechanical seal. The static seals at each fixed stop are made with oil-resistant rubber "O" rings. Due to the wide range of flow and head, this series of electric pumps is widely used in rural areas and by industrial and mining enterprises as a primary electrical drainage and irrigation equipment. It is suitable for agricultural irrigation, garden irrigation, fountain water supply, underground water lifting, water tower delivery, urban construction, and water use in mining enterprises.
Operating Condition
- The temperature of the water being transported should be less than 40°C.
- The pH value of the medium should be between 6.5 and 8.5.
- The volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium should not exceed 0.1%, with particle diameters no larger than 0.2mm.
- The power supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
- The operational head should not be less than 70% of the pump's rated head.
- Specifications above 4KW should be equipped with overcurrent and leakage protection devices.
- The submersion depth of the pump should not exceed 5 meters.
