1. The electric spindle must be installed in the clamping position, otherwise the bearing will be damaged easily.
2. The spindle must be completely stopped to change the tool. The manual tool change button must not work when the spindle rotates, otherwise the spindle will be stuck.
3. The compressed air must be clean and dry with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 microns. The gas seal is always open. It is recommended to use secondary filtration with a filtration accuracy of 0.5 microns and 0.1 microns, and the air filter has a self-draining device.

Common knowledge on the use and maintenance of automatic tool changing electric spindle series products
1. Before starting work, turn on the electric spindle and run it without load for 5-10 minutes for running-in and preheating.
2. Manually change the tool three to four times. The hand-tightened tool handle and spindle rotate normally and then start working.
3. During use, be sure to change the tool when the spindle is completely stopped to prevent friction between the cylinder shaft and the tie rod and cause congestion.
4. Keep the solenoid valve clean and the exhaust smooth to prevent the compressed air from accumulating in the cylinder after the tool change spindle grabs the tool, and the piston cannot return to its position. The friction between the cylinder shaft and the puller will cause congestion.
