Calcium and iron element analyzer is a new type of computerized desktop instrument using a purely physical analysis method, used in cement plants, can quickly analyze white raw meal, all black or semi-black raw meal in 30 seconds for manufacturers of rotary kilns, vertical shaft kilns, and kiln decomposition rotary kilns , clinker, the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in cement, and provide timely data for the control of ingredients. Because of its fast analysis speed (30 seconds), it can monitor the composition changes in the production process in real time, facilitate timely adjustment of raw material ratios, and lay a solid foundation for the production of qualified clinker and cement. At the same time, it can be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in mixed materials such as limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue and brick adobe, and provide quality data for incoming raw materials. In addition to the building materials industry, it can also be used in various occasions where the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 needs to be analyzed.
