Description
Log washer is used to wash ores with mud before the employment of mineral processing technology as well as increase ore dressing indexes of back-end technology. They are often used to wash ores such as manganese ore, iron ore, limestone, tungsten ore, tin ore and silica sand ore. According to silt content, grain size and washing difficulty level of ores, double-screw washer, troughed ore washer or cylindrical ore washer can be selected. Log washer is apply to desliming of sand and gravel. Single-deck or double deck round screen is installed inside the drum of the washer which can get two or three types of sand and gravel production of different specifications.
Application areas
Log washer is mainly used to wash the manganese ore, iron ore, phosphate and other minerals.
It is usually used to clean and separate the silt and stains from manganese ore, iron ore and other low-grade mineral.
It is suitable for scrubbing material which contains tough insoluble clay, conglomerates or soft stone.
