1 )Fiberglass Molds Introduction
Fiberglass resin molds are widely used for producing gypsum, GRG,GRC building interior and outside
decorative products ,it has features of g ood strength, no easy to be deformed , 3D carved, Clear
patterns , Long life span , With iron support on the backside , Patterns are clear and various designs
available
2)Fiberglass Molds VS Silicone Molds& Aluminum Molds
Compare to rubber silicon molds, it will not expand when heated and contract when cooled so not
as easy as rubber silicon mold to be out of shape and is cheaper than rubber silicon e mold s .It is
easier for workers to demold ,better strength then silicone rubber molds , Good thermostability ,
what’s more ,its costs is much lower then silicone molds.
Compare to aluminum molds ,it is easier to repair when scratch happens and its life time is longer,
Aluminum molds can be only used to produce simple designs and not easy to demold.
