Producing Flow:

The waste paper is added to the pulp pulper and the water is transported to the pulp storage pool, and the pulp in the pulp storage pool is mixed evenly with the mixer and transported to the pulp supply pool. The pulp in the pulp supply pool is mixed to a certain concentration and transported to the molding machine. The molding machine produces the egg tray to the conveyor belt. In addition, the vacuum pump can be used to pump the unused water in the molding machine to the return pool, which can be transferred to the pulper and the storage pool, so that the water can be recycled.

The products has been basically formed after forming and drying, and then heat board by electricity or other heat medium (such as heat conduction oil ) to raise the temperature of the products to a higher level(180--250 °C) , utilizing the atmospheric pressure or hydraulic pressure, press the product under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, to make its appearance neat and beautiful, reach better toughness and have better shockproof performance.
