Products Description
Carbon fiber unidirectional fabric is one UD carbon fiber reinforcement product that can be provided in two thicknesses: 0.111mm(200g) and 0.167mm (300g). The width can be adjusted according to customer needs. This material is mainly used for the tensile,shear, and seismic reinforcement of structural components. When used together with carbon fiber infiltration adhesive, it can form a complete and high-performance carbon fiber unidirectional sheet reinforcement system. It is suitable for handling reinforcement projects such as increased building loads, changes in engineering functions, material aging, concrete strength grades below design values, structural crack treatment, repair of components in harsh environments, and protection, as well as component reinforcement in many fields such as artificial satellites, airplanes, rockets, sports products, and industrial products.
