The Continuous Cooking equipment is designed for producing hard candies

and lollipop and etc.

The sugar solution is fed continuously into the flash chamber microfilm cooking section,

which consists of heater,vacuum microfilm cookers,vapor separate chamber,1 set of va

-cuum supply system,pump,and etc.

The mass is cooked from the bottom to the top,then enter into the flash chamber to maxi

-mum evaporate the water in the syrup the whole process is via a PLC controller.

The vacuum cooking for lower cooking temperatures guarantees a light colored mass for

milky products,and make the product more clear,no air bubble inside

The steam valve automatic controllers are installed on the microfilm cooker which can very

precisely control the heating temperature within 1C.
