（1）Can I get the sample? Does the sample need to be charged?
Of course. In general, we are very happy to provide existing samples free of charge. However, we charge a small sample fee for customized design samples. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be refunded.
（2）How is the sample sent? How long is the sample lead time?
We usually send samples through FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL, which takes about 3-5 days to arrive. If you want your own design, it will take about 10 days, depending on your customized needs.
（3）What Is The MOQ For Your Wholesale Orders?
MOQ is not fixed and can be flexibly adjusted according to different needs of customers. We accept the lower quantity of your trial order and hope that you can place a large number of orders after testing the market and experiencing our products and services. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will respond to your request quickly.
（4）What Is Your Payment Term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept sight L/C, and we also welcome Alibaba trade assurance orders.
（5）How Long Is The Production Lead Time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have strong automatic production capacity. Even in large quantities, we will ensure rapid delivery on the premise of ensuring product quality.
