A2: Generally it is 1-5 working days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-25 working days if the goods are not in stock, it is
according to quantity.
Q3: Do you also provide other kind of heat pump?
A3: ASHP of EVI(9KW-132KW) | SWIM POOL(5KW-150KW) I Domestic heat pump(80L-300L tank size) I etc.
Q4: Wonder if you accept small orders?
A4: Do not worry. Feel free to contact us .in order to get more orders and give our clients more convener ,we accept small order.
Q5: Can you send products to my country?
A5: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
Q6: Can you do OEM for me?
A6: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
Q7: What's your payment terms ?
A7: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q8: How can I place the order?
A8: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
