Answer 2 : The MOQ for our white sublimation mugs, magic mugs, and inner color sublimation mugs in stock is 1000 pieces, while the MOQ for customizing other colors is 3000 pieces.
Question 3 : Can logos, colors, or designs be customized?
Answer 3 : Yes, logos can be customized with a minimum order quantity of 1000 pieces, colors with a minimum order quantity of 3000 pieces, and designs with a minimum order quantity of 5000 pieces. Question 4 : How can orders be placed and paid for?

Question 6 : What should I do if the received products have serious defects or damages?
Answer 6 : If you receive products with damages or significant defects, we will offer the corresponding quantity of defective products for free in your next order, or you can deduct the cost of defective products from your next order.
