Answer 5 : Ceramic products are handmade and may have slight flaws and handcrafted traces. Our products undergo strict quality control and grading. Higher grades have lower defect rates. Typically, AAA grade has a pore black spot rate controlled within 1%, A grade is around 5%, and AB grade is around 25%-30%.
