Details of our fabric pot

[1] Superior Breathable Fabric
When choosing a grow bag, opt for one with something stiffer and thicker. Sturdy fabric won't crack or break with sun exposure.
Fabric is breathable, and promotes air pruning of plant roots, proper water drainage so roots are not waterlogged in the soil

[2] The stitching technique for the bottom of the bag is called 5 line thread stitching , which is the most strongest way to sew a fabric pot. You don't have to worry that the bottom of the bag will fall apart and he thread is sewed from the outside, that means the thread can be seen from the outside. It is the most economical style of grow bags.

Best Selling Sizes

1 gallon , 2 gallon, and 3 gallon grow bags are usually sold without handles, since they are very small and easy to carry.

5 gallon and 7 gallon grow bags are best options for grow tents. Usually we provide free 5 gallons or 7 gallon grow bags to our customers who purchase our grow tents.

10 gallon , 15 gallon, and 20 gallon are usually used outdoors or in a greenhouse.They come with handles, and very strong ones.

As for grow bags above 40 gallon, especially 100 gallons, they are mostly used in large farms, and you carry and move the bag with a lift load.

Material Preparation

Grow bag are made of polyester fabric (we could also called it polyester felt). Polyester fabric are made of polyester fiber. Polyester fiber are made from recycled bottles. We purchase polyester fiber from fiber factory, then produce fabric with our own non-woven production line.

Fabric Cutting

There are 4 parts of 1 round grow bag, bottom, bags side wall, handles, edge sewing. Mainly we have 2 options to cut the material, with a hand use cutting machine or laser cutting machine.

Handles are sewed by semi-automatic sewing machine, bottom is sewed by semi-automatic 5 line sewing machine.
